Noh Societyでは、この度、オンライン・ウェビナーでの３つのプログラムを新たに用意いたしましたので、お知らせ申し上げます。

最初の２回は能、最後は文楽の紹介になります。

スライドやビデオでのプレゼンテーションに加え短い実演、そして演者との質疑応答という内容になっております。

生の舞台の感動には替えられませんが、このオンラインシリーズで能楽や文楽への理解を深め、演者と触れ合うことができる有意義な時間をご自宅からお楽しみ頂けましたら幸です。

第一回　「観音菩薩の慈悲」－能「田村」を語る　　能楽師ワキ方・有松遼一

​　能楽師ワキ方の有松遼一（ありまつ・りょういち）氏をお招きし、能「田村」について、最新の舞台写真とともに解説していただきます。質問も受け付ける予定です。　「田村」は、一曲を通して観音信仰が貫かれ、征夷大将軍・坂上田村麿を主人公とする修羅能の一つでありながら祝言の色彩も帯びるという人気の夢幻能です。「仏のありがたい光が、桜の木陰からも、夷狄を滅ぼす千の矢先ともなっているかのように、衆生をご加護下さる広大無辺な神のありがたさ、信心のありがたさ、ひいては平和や満開の桜にまみえる生の尊さを感じる曲」と有松氏は言い表しています。有松氏は、京都大学修士課程（中世の連歌の研究）で学ばれた国文学者でもあり、新作能の制作にも取り組まれる多才で異色の能楽師です。その多面的視点から能の見どころや楽しみ方をわかりやすく説明し、能の魅力に迫ります。初めて能に触れる方にも能舞台を楽しむためのヒントがたくさん詰まった内容となっております。​​

NOH TAMURA: THE BLESSINGS OF KANNON, THE BODHISATTVA OF MERCYby Arimatsu Ryōichi, Noh waki-kata performer. We invite acclaimed Waki-kata performer, Arimatsu Ryōichi, for our first webinar. He will discuss Tamura “The Blessings of Kannon, the Bodhisattva of Mercy” using photographs from a recent performance, and will also answer questions in real time. Tamura is an acclaimed work dealing with the supernatural, and Arimatsu brings to it his unique strengths as a Waki-kata performer, his expertise as a scholar of medieval Japanese poetry, and his experience in the creation of contemporary Noh works. Approaching Noh from various angles, he will bring insight and enjoyment to everyone, including those who are new to the transcendent art of Noh.
